Production Team Lead - 3rd shift.

3rd Shift Sunday- Thursday 10:30pm-6:30 am Job Duties include: Oversee daily production assisting associates when required. Be visible and assume leadership in continuous improvement. Ensure new associates receive adequate training considering job procedures, quality and health and safety. Responsible for new process set up and tear down. Ensure associates are following all rules and codes of conduct. Ensure associates who may have been involved in incident/accidents receive the proper care, including completing any documents necessary in such events. Ensure general housekeeping practices are adhered to. All other duties assigned.

Requirements:
