Production Team Member- Molder Location:
Newton, MS Work Arrangement:
Onsite, Full Time Shift:

Pattern Management:
Retrieve and inspect the correct pattern per the daily schedule to ensure accuracy and quality in mold production.
Mold Production:
Operate the sand mixer to fill molds, calibrate and maintain the continuous mixer, and place cores correctly in the cope and drag to produce high-quality molds.
Equipment Operation:
Control equipment that picks up and flips molds, operate mobile equipment, and use the overhead crane to move molds to the pouring floor and perform shakeout after pouring.
Daily Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance on molding equipment, maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area, and participate actively in lean initiatives to improve processes.
Success Indicators:
Consistently produce quality molds on schedule, maintain equipment reliability, demonstrate teamwork and a positive attitude, and uphold excellent attendance and safety records.
Travel Requirements:
Minimal to no travel required; primarily onsite work.

Must-haves:
High school diploma or GED Good reading, writing, mathematical, and verbal communication skills Ability to operate and maintain molding equipment safely and efficiently Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and good attendance record
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with sand mixers and overhead crane operation Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles Previous experience in a molding or foundry environment Ability to work effectively as part of a team
