Production Technician

Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery efficiently, adhering to safety protocols and standard operating procedures. Assist with materials handling, including loading, unloading, and organizing raw materials and finished products within the warehouse or production area. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote a safe and efficient environment. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions or issues promptly for maintenance or repair. Follow CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while maintaining high safety standards. Requirements Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred; laboratory experience is a plus. Knowledge of materials handling, machining, packaging, and warehouse operations. Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols consistently. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform manual tasks throughout shifts as needed.
