Production Technician

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Technician, located in Mathews, VA. The Production Technician will be responsible for tasks such as rope splicing, application of urethane-based coatings, performing quality control inspections, troubleshooting equipment and production-related issues. The role also involves supporting material handling using a forklift, assisting with inventory management, and supporting general production and facility operations as needed. Qualifications Proficiency in Quality Control standards and practices Ability to troubleshoot equipment and resolve production issues Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively Ability to learn new skills, such as rope splicing techniques Strong attention to detail and an ability to follow processes Technical training or relevant certifications are a plus Knowledge/training in Lean Manufacturing is a plus Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or related industries is an advantage
