Production Technician Join Kistler - A Global Leader in Measurement Technology! Purpose of the position Purpose of the Position A Production Technician at Kistler Instrument Corp performs all the assembly, testing, calibration, and/or inspection operations required to manufacture Kistler products. They work under guidance of the Production Supervisor and collaborate closely with production engineering. Your typical day Main Tasks Assemble and test products according to product documentation (assembly instructions, test procedures, engineering drawings, etc.) Perform assembly operations such as soldering, mechanical fastening, and/or adhesive bonding under a microscope using small tools (tweezers, soldering irons, etc.) Ensure product quality by performing visual inspections, functional tests, and/or calibrations Basic operation of equipment necessary to assemble, test, and/or calibrate transducers (welders, bead blasters, shakers, oscilloscopes, etc.) Your profile Position Requirements Ability to organize daily work activities according to supervisor instruction Work independently or in a team environment High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills See through and work at a binocular microscope for extended periods Apply now!
