Job Summary ACT is seeking a Production Test Engineer responsible for: Planning, maintaining and developing Production Test set-ups, loads and equipment; Developing automated or semi-automated test software and hardware to improve Production Test efficiency and accuracy; Conducting a variety of electronic and electromechanical tests on electronic systems, subassemblies and parts to ensure operation in accordance with specifications; Using advanced engineering skills to analyze test failures and provide corrective actions to test efficiency and accuracy. We have a robust mentorship program and believe strongly in collaboration between all departments and career development. Must Have Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a technical Associate's degree or a combination of commensurate education and experience 5+ years' experience in electronics production testing is highly desired Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical documentation. Ability to write reports and test procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from Company personnel. Experience or knowledge in Labview programming or similar programming experience is highly desired. Proficient in ERP software and Micorsoft Office suite. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables; collect and research data; use intuition and experience to compliment data; design procedures Ability to prioritize and plan work activities in accordance with supervisors' schedules; ability to use time efficiently, plan for additional resources and develop realistic action plans Demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality; applies feedback to improve performance; monitors own work to ensure quality.
