Production Warehouse + Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor who is committed to overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy/rotation, and managing shipments while upholding safety standards within the warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

Able to work in both climate-controlled environments and cooler/freezer environments for long periods of time. The ability to physically work and safely lift 50 lbs. Excel in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Attention to detail is a priority Excel in customer and employee relations Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Ensure accurate inventory control through regular cycle counts and audits. Implement and maintain proper warehouse procedures to optimize efficiency. Monitor and enforce company policies. Collaborate with wholesale and production teams to streamline processes and meet operational goals. Schedule and plan deliveries while working alongside others who may also be assisting in deliveries.

• Must have a valid Indiana Driver's License and maintain a safe drivers record.

Experience:

• Proven experience in a warehouse role, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
• Proficiency in shipping/receiving processes, warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution management.
• Knowledge of material handling techniques and best practices.
• Familiarity with inventory processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and management effectively.
