Production Welder

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating components and assemblies according to specifications while ensuring high-quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of blueprints and schematics, as well as proficiency in using various hand tools and equipment. Duties Interpret and read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements. Utilize hand tools, micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate fabrication. Perform welding tasks as needed for assembly. Collaborate with team members to assemble components into finished products. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Operate machinery safely during the fabrication process. Qualifications Proven experience in fabrication or a related field is preferred. Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics. Proficiency with hand tools, micrometers, calipers, and welding techniques. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Knowledge of safety standards in a manufacturing environment is essential.
