Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be reliable with a record of strong attendance, willingness to learn, and positive attitude. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills will be utilized. You will be trained in multiple departments as needed, as well as completing general labor duties. Cross-training is part of Flexospan's employee development philosophy, enabling us to find a position in our company that best matches your individual skillset.

Responsibilities:

Provide general labor assistance to all departments as needed Must be able to perform manual labor Assist the plant manager with required maintenance that may need performed Operation of production equipment Ensuring proper safety procedures are followed at all times Ability to change duties throughout the day Work independently and/or as a team member taking ownership of assigned tasks Understand and follow oral instructions

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be motivated and possess a good work ethic Attendance is key - reliable transportation and willingness to work is essential Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time Must have the ability to lift up to 100 pounds on occasion, up to 50 pounds frequently
