Production Worker

Job Summary Join our dynamic food production team as a Production Worker, where your energy and attention to detail will help us deliver high-quality food products to our customers. This is a hands-on, physically active position involving food production, packaging, cleaning, lifting, sanitation, and general production support throughout the facility. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable with physical work, fast-paced environments, and team-oriented responsibilities. Duties & Responsibilities Assist with food production, packaging, labeling, and moving products throughout the facility Lift, carry, and move raw materials, products, and equipment as needed Wash, clean, and sanitize equipment, tools, floors, and work areas Support production line operations and assist team members wherever needed Follow all USDA, food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures Work in refrigerated and cold food production environment Work around raw meat and food products Stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift Help with loading, unloading, organizing, and handling products and supplies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform general labor and other production duties as assigned Qualifications Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to perform physical labor and regularly lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Positive attitude and willingness to help with different tasks throughout the facility Ability to work well with a team and follow instructions Must be authorized to work in the United States Previous food production or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Training will be provided Weekend or overtime availability may be required depending on production needs About Us Village Protein is a growing USDA-regulated food production company focused on producing high-quality halal deli meats and food products in a safe, clean, and professional manufacturing environment.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
