Job Description

Project Manager Description If you are looking to develop your leadership and management skills in the painting trade and desire a stable position with increasing responsibility, then join Amsberry's Painting as a Project Manager. You will manage and work alongside our in-house and subcontractor paint teams in the painting of interior and exterior residential and commercial spaces. We are a family owned and operated painting business that has one of the largest residential markets in the region, established over thirty plus years. In that time, we have worked hard to build a year-around operation that offers stability in the midst of traditionally very seasonal trade. We are looking for a skilled project manager who values stability and is motivated by responsibility and leadership development. For this position you must be experienced with the application of a variety of coatings with a variety of techniques, able to lead and motivate others, and able to work to defined project targets. Responsibilities Strategic project planning Lineout of paint crews Daily check-ins with crews Instruct crews of project scope and completion plan Facilitate specialty equipment orders Understand client expectations and convey means of achieving goals to crew Be aware and maintain team morale and inter-team relationship health Work with the Operations Coordinators to ensure both in-house and subcontractor crews are adhering to schedules and delivering client expectations Estimated hourly requirements are 40 hrs/wk winter, 45 hrs/wk shoulder season, and 50 hrs/wk summer season Manage labor targets and timelines for each project Manage Lead Painters as direct reports Preferred Skills Bilingual in English and Spanish Painting Experience in
