Production Worker

Liberty Graphics - Production Worker Liberty Graphics, an iconic brand celebrated for its high-quality, eco-friendly apparel, is seeking to add to our Production Team. As a Production Worker, you will support the creation of T-shirts, tea towels, and tote bags, playing an important role in bringing our designs to life. You'll assist with various stages of the production process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and attention to detail in every item produced. This role is a great fit for someone who is dependable, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys working as part of a team. A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the flexibility to help wherever needed are essential to success in this critical role.

Work Schedule:

Full-Time Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM - 4:00

PM Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload products onto the printing line Set up and tear down jobs, including washing screens and hardware Monitor and inspect prints for quality and accuracy Keep a clean, organized, and safe workspace Cross train to learn all production tasks of the printing process Support the whole operation from receiving through shipping as needed

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and quality standards Enjoy the production process and strive to improve daily Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to manage time and tasks in a high-paced environment Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work Production experience preferred Experience and interest in screen printing is helpful High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, push, or pull 25-50 lbs repetitively Comfortable standing for long periods Exposure to fabric particles in the air Tolerant of the smell of water based inks drying Why join the Liberty Graphics team?
