Production Worker

Production Team Member Oak & Twine | Chattanooga, TN Oak & Twine is looking for a dependable, hardworking Production Team Member to join our growing team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, working across embroidery, screen printing, fulfillment, and production operations. We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, moves with urgency, and enjoys being part of a creative, team-oriented environment. This is not a sit-at-a-desk position. You'll be actively involved in producing custom merchandise for businesses, schools, healthcare systems, events, and brands across the country.

Responsibilities Daily responsibilities may include:

Running and monitoring embroidery machines Assisting with screen printing setup and production Operating heat presses and other production equipment Cutting, sorting, folding, and preparing garments Packing and shipping completed orders Quality checking products before delivery Organizing inventory and maintaining clean workspaces Receiving and unloading incoming apparel and merchandise Assisting other departments when production demands shift Working efficiently to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and consistency Willingness to learn multiple areas of production Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Team player with good communication skills Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to lift boxes and garments as needed Previous experience in embroidery, screen printing, warehouse work, fulfillment, or production is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
