Following step-by-step work instructions to ensure accuracy and quality Assembling components and finished parts Inspecting parts using measuring tools to ensure they meet specifications Maintaining a safe, organized work environment Communicating with teammates to keep production running smoothly What We're Looking For You don't need years of experience—just the right mindset: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math and computer skills Dependable attendance and positive attitude Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs ⭐ Bonus (Not Required): Previous manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience Work Schedule Options We offer flexible shift options to fit your lifestyle: 1st

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00
