What You'll Do Operate production equipment and machinery safely Assemble, package, and inspect products for quality Drive and operate a forklift as needed Multitask and handle multiple production duties throughout the shift Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and production standards Work with team members to meet daily production goals Assist with loading, unloading, and general warehouse duties What We're Looking For Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the day Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Willingness to rotate shifts (day, evening, and night) Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and work well with others Forklift experience preferred, but not required Mechanically inclined is a plus, but not necessary No experience required — we will train the right candidate

Schedule Full-time:

40 hours per week Overtime opportunities available Hiring for all shifts: day, evening, and night Shift rotation is required Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $20 per hour Medical benefits available Overtime opportunities Stable, family-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Retention Bonus We offer a $2,000 retention bonus to eligible employees who complete 12 months (one year) of continuous employment with the company.
