Production Worker

Production Worker Avon $18.00/Hour 1st Shift We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Production Workers for a growing manufacturing facility in Avon, Ohio. This is a great first-shift opportunity with steady hours and room for growth.

Responsibilities:

Perform general production and assembly duties Operate machinery and production equipment Inspect products for quality and accuracy Package and prepare materials for shipment Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow work instructions and safety procedures Assist with material handling and production support as needed

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed Strong attendance and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
