Job Description

Lincoln Wood Products just completed an 80,000 square foot expansion, resulting in a need for additional production staff members. Lincoln Wood Products has proudly provided work in Merrill for over 75 years, crafting high-end windows and doors sold across the U.S. Be part of a legacy of quality. We are currently hiring first shift, full-time production workers. Candidates will be assembling and manufacturing windows in some capacity. Why Join Us? Starting Pay up to $22.66/hr. First Shift Only - keep your evenings free! Seniority Incentives & Annual Shoe Allowance Transfer Incentive & OT after 8 hours daily Attendance Bonus Outstanding benefit package: Health Deductible = $750 Individual/$1500 Family Notes Must be 18 years of age (Youth Apprentice = 17 years old) Able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Able to perform a variety of tasks, not necessarily just one specific job task. Exact hours vary by department. Overtime is granted for any week over 40 hours or any day shift over 8 hours. Occasional Saturday work may occur (6 a.m. to noon) Responsibilities Operate machinery and equipment in a manufacturing facility to assemble products efficiently. Follow assembly line procedures to ensure quality and accuracy in production. Utilize hand and power tools as needed for various tasks. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues. Operate forklifts to transport materials within the warehouse if required (not all departments require) Qualifications Proven experience in a manufacturing facility or assembly line environment Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate hand and power tools Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety protocols Forklift certification is a plus Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions accurately Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
