HSE Specialist - JLL What this job involves: The HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Specialist provides essential administrative support to the HSE department, ensuring smooth operations of health, safety, and environmental programs while maintaining regulatory compliance. This role combines office administration with specialized HSE documentation and compliance support, directly contributing to JLL's commitment to maintaining the highest standards of workplace safety and environmental responsibility across all operations. What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Maintain and organize HSE documentation, records, and filing systems in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes for HSE team meetings and safety committees
  • Process and track HSE-related correspondence, reports, and communications across departments
  • Prepare and format HSE reports, presentations, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support scheduling and logistics of safety training sessions, drills, and awareness campaigns
  • Enter and maintain data in HSE management systems and generate routine reports on safety metrics and incident trends
  • Conduct inspections and audits of site as required and participate in site safety network as directed by management
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One to three years of administrative experience, preferably in HSE, facilities, operations, or related environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in business administration or related field
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Experience with database management and document control systems
  • Knowledge of HSE-specific software and management systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to tasks
  • Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
