Nail Technician Job Description Overview Beauty Lab LLC is an established, high-performing nail salon seeking an exceptional licensed Nail Technician to join our growing team. Our salon is a high-revenue salon and we are intentionally expanding with a focus on quality, professionalism, and elevated client experiences. We are seeking a motivated, polished, and career-driven professional who takes pride in their craft and is ready to grow alongside a successful brand. The ideal candidate values consistency, teamwork, and delivering professional-level service to every client. This position will start the first week of May!

Requirements:

Active Oregon State Nail Technician License (required) Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art. Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained according to health and safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored recommendations. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail technology and techniques to provide innovative services. Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure a pleasant environment for clients. Assist in promoting salon services through social media or other marketing channels. Skills Proficient in Cosmetology practices related to nail care. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Experience in Upselling additional services or products effectively. Knowledge of Color Theory as it applies to nail design. Attention to detail with a creative flair for nail artistry.
