Whether working on residential projects or assisting with personal organization needs, you'll make a tangible difference every day by turning chaos into harmony. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their organizational goals and tailor solutions that fit their lifestyle Declutter, categorize, and arrange belongings in a systematic, visually appealing manner Implement effective storage solutions to maximize space and accessibility Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, sanitation, and light housekeeping to support overall organization efforts Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a positive attitude and clear communication throughout each project Manage time efficiently to complete projects within scheduled appointments while maintaining high standards of quality Offer guidance on maintaining organized spaces post-project to ensure long-term success Requirements Proven organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and efficiency Experience in residential cleaning, laundry is helpful. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving. Excellent time management skills required.
