Duties Prepare and assemble pizza ingredients with precision, ensuring freshness and quality standards are met Roll out dough and shape crusts to specified sizes using proper knife skills and food handling techniques Cook pizzas to perfection using ovens, monitoring temperature and cooking times for optimal results Develop and refine menu offerings by contributing ideas for new pizza recipes and toppings Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols Assist in food preparation for catering or special events as needed Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health regulations and safety standards Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or pizza-making background Strong knife skills and familiarity with culinary techniques related to dough handling and topping assembly Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Experience in menu planning or culinary innovation is a plus Excellent food service skills with a focus on quality presentation and customer satisfaction Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail Previous dietary department or dietary aide experience is advantageous but not required Join us as a Professional Pizza Maker and bring your culinary passion to life!
