In person About the Job Fresh Windows is looking for a full-time residential window cleaning technician to join our growing home service team. This is a hands-on, outdoor job. You'll be working at customers' homes throughout Northeast Ohio, cleaning windows, using ladders, handling equipment, and making sure every customer has a great experience. We provide the training and equipment. You bring the work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. This is a great fit for someone who likes staying active, working outside, and taking pride in doing high-quality work. What You'll Do As a window cleaning technician, your main responsibility is to complete residential window cleaning jobs professionally and efficiently.

Your daily work will include:

Cleaning residential windows Working on ladders regularly Cleaning glass, frames, sills, and other related areas as needed Driving to customer homes using your own reliable vehicle Communicating professionally with customers Taking care of company equipment Following the schedule and staying on time Making sure each job is completed to our quality standard Pay Technicians typically earn $185-$230+ per day , depending on the job schedule, weather, performance, and tips.

Requirements To be considered, you must have: A reliable SUV or truck Valid driver's license Clean, professional appearance Strong work ethic Ability to work outdoors Comfort working on ladders Enough strength and stamina to use equipment throughout the day Good communication skills Attention to detail Pride in doing quality work A truck is preferred, but a reliable SUV may work.
