Program Coordinator

New Horizons has a Full Time Opening for a Vocational Program Coordinator The Vocational Program Coordinator manages employment services for all students and adults served in addition to supporting and supervising a team who provide direct service to individuals who have a developmental disability. Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: Job development and maintenance, networking with employers and other community members, partnering with Vocational Rehabilitation and provide them another vendor for service option, coordinate and monitor services, support staff to effectively implement plans as outlined in the service agreement, scheduling, billing, quality assurance, effectively work with a multi-disciplinary team, advocate and communicate with those served and their teams.

Education:

Bachelor's degree is desired with a minimum of three years of demonstrated experience in vocational and/or human service field and staff supervision or combination of education, training and experience in vocational rehabilitation. The right candidate must be self-motivated, detail oriented, have strong communication skills, be able to multitask in a busy environment, have coordination and supervisory skills, be flexible and be a strong team player. This position will be based out of our office at 626 Eastman Rd Center Conway NH.
