- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- One year of professional experience in public health, health education, public health policy, health promotion, or related field Professional Competencies
- Communication skills that contribute to successful collaborations with students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members
- Ability to coordinate health-related programs and/or activities
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, in support of an inclusive and welcoming environment
- Operational and space management skills
- Data and documentation skills
- Time and priority management skills Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in supervising, coaching, or coordinating student employees
- Experience in planning and coordinating health-related programs
- Two years of professional experience in student services, student affairs, educational healthcare, a Dean of Students office, or a related area on a college campus
- Direct experience supporting diverse student populations, applying equity-minded, inclusive practices in programming and space management
- Experience managing programmatic budgets and using data to guide programming decisions and budget allocations
- Bachelor's degree in public health, health education, public health policy, health promotion, liberal arts/humanities, or related field
