Job Description

A Change in Trajectory, Inc. (ACT) is a family-oriented agency that's committed to narrowing the gap between the developmental path of individuals with special needs and those with typical development. We provide comprehensive behavioral services for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults with autism spectrum disorder and related disorders. We also provide parent education services. We utilize the verbal behavior model to teach naturalistic and structured techniques to our learners. All our treatment modalities utilize evidence-based, state-of-the-art ABA strategies. We're equipped with highly professional, courteous staff who are respectful of privacy and are dedicated to the individuals they serve. In addition, we provide training in leadership, time management, customer service, and project management. Job Description:
Treatment planning Conduct IOA and fidelity of implementation on staff Collect & organize data Analyze data & review treatment plans Develop and oversee the implementation of ABA programs for consumers Communicate with funding sources Provide staff trainings Provide training and supervision for behavior therapists Conduct individualized in-home parent trainings Review data & write reports Provide training and supervision in the field to behavior therapists
Job Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree Experience in supervision 12 units of Early Childhood Development Credits Spanish Speaking ( Preferred not required)
Other Requirements:
Valid California Driver's License Proof of valid car insurance Good driving record Live Scan background check Must be available full time
