Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities maintenance team. In this vital role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance activities. Your leadership will ensure that all equipment, systems, and infrastructure operate efficiently, safely, and reliably. Responsibilities Supervise daily maintenance operations, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities across the facility. Lead a team of technicians and maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of work. Oversee the troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage equipment, using schematics and technical manuals. Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime during maintenance activities while ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed. Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues with machinery, HVAC systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and other automated systems. Implement projects related to facilities management, equipment upgrades, or system improvements with effective project management skills. Conduct inspections of facilities using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters; interpret schematics for electrical or mechanical troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to industrial maintenance, electrical work, and high voltage systems. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing maintenance data and implementing best practices for efficiency and safety. Requirements Proven management experience supervising maintenance teams within manufacturing or industrial environments. Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with electrical experience in industrial settings; familiarity with schematics is essential. Experience working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), HVAC systems, low voltage, high voltage systems, and industrial automation. Proficiency in using CMMS software for maintenance management tasks. Ability to read technical schematics and troubleshoot electrical circuits using tools like ohmmeters. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration across departments. Fluency in English; effective communication skills are essential for documentation and team coordination.
