Position Overview:
Program Manager Position Overview - The Program Manager will oversee multiple utility construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction. Essential Functions - Lead planning and execution of utility construction programs, including underground and overhead infrastructure projects Develop and manage program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation Coordinate with operations and project managers, field supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and progress Monitor project performance using KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies Serve as primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issues Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on program status, risks, and opportunities Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals and client presentations Drive continuous improvement initiatives across program delivery processes Qualifications - Experience with underground and/or overhead electic concstruction. Experience managing a team Some travel will be required
