The primary responsibility of this position is to serve as the Program Integrator forTF-50/FA-50
program captures and Engineering Proposal Requests (EPRs). Candidate will work with the Capture/Execution Program Managers, assisting in day-to-day program activities and plan for execution. Candidate will provide comprehensive program oversight to ensure that all program activities are planned and implemented to support campaign strategies & achieve 100% on time delivery of LM Aero deliverables. The candidate responsibilities will include developing & executing to program baselines, overseeing risk and opportunity management, and analyzing cost & schedule performance (Earned Value) data. Candidate will manage the capture phase of aircraft development, production, and sustainment contracts, as well as spares & repairs Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA). They will be expected to coordinate the preparation of proposals and develop successful work statements to meet unique customer requirements. The candidate will be required to make Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) business decisions and manage subcontractors/LM partners to support capture of new business opportunities.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher Aircraft Production, Sustainment, Development Program, or similar experience Experience defining program requirements to meet customer needs (SOW/SSOW Development) Technical experience Experience managingCost, Schedule & Technical Performance Desired Skills:
Master's Degree Foreign Military Sales or Commercial Program Experience EVMS Experience Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills Ability to interface and interact with all levels of organization Working knowledge ofSAP, SCM
processes, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) toolsSecurity Clearance Statement:

Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules:

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
