This role is ideal for someone who is organized, accountable, and driven to raise the standard of care. What You'll Do As a Program Manager, you will oversee residential homes and ensure high-quality, person-centered services:

• Lead and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
• Ensure individuals are engaged in their community and daily life
• Maintain compliance with 6400 regulations and documentation standards
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and coverage
• Coordinate and attend all medical appointments and follow-up care
• Monitor home environments, safety, and overall quality
• Communicate with families, Supports Coordinators, and leadership
• Train, coach, and hold staff accountable to expectations What We're Looking For
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Bachelors or Associate Degree in a related field or a minimum or 5 years' experience in the ID field
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and homes
• Experience in ID/Autism/Mental Health services strongly preferred
• Knowledge of 6400 regulations (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Excellent organization and follow-through
• Confidence in addressing challenges and holding teams accountable
