This role requires a strong understanding of workforce development strategies, recruitment practices, and a passion for guiding individuals toward meaningful employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and manage workforce development programs and strategies Deliver training programs and provide participant coaching and support Build and maintain employer and community partnerships Coordinate recruitment efforts and match candidates with opportunities Oversee program logistics, staff, reporting, and compliance Monitor program outcomes and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in workforce development and recruitment Strong communication, leadership, and data analysis skills Experience working with diverse populations and community partnerships
