Full Job Description Requirements:

Strong customer service skills Must be organized with attention to details Ability to multitask in a busy office setting Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work well alone or in a team setting. Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to: 1. Handle all aspects of leasing available units, including greeting prospective residents, providing leasing information and guiding them through the application process. 2. Assist new residents in the move-in process. 3. Generate maintenance request. 4.

General office duties:

answer multi-line phone, filing, typing, photo copying, and other duties as directed by the office manager. Applicants must be able to work every other weekend to include Friday 5:00 pm- 8:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am-5:00 pm and Sunday 12:00 pm-5:00 pm.
