DESCRIPTION
Do you want to play a key role in Amazon's plans to redefine grocery shopping? If so, we have an exciting role which would put you at the forefront of our operations within the Grocery Partnerships team. This is an opportunity to join Amazon's Grocery Partnerships (GP) business, which focuses on 2 hr delivery of everyday essentials. GP provides customers with selection from marquee third-party grocers across NA, UK, EU, JP and AU. This role combines strategic expansion leadership with operational excellence—you'll be responsible for driving sustainable, scalable expansion and capacity management with new GP merchants while leading the implementation of best-in-class standards and governance across our grocery network. The GP Ops Integration team is looking for an experienced Program Manager who can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and has a consistent track record of successful project delivery. You must have proven ability to manage, influence, and engage a broad group of stakeholders, create documentation for senior executives, and align plans with Amazon's strategic objectives. Key job responsibilitiesExpansion & Capacity Planning:
Lead WW expansion ops support, owning the definition of scalable processes and standards for new GP partners and geographies Develop and execute launch plans for new models and markets, incorporating service and cost strategies Partner with internal stakeholders to understand challenges, identify solutions, and collaborate with Amazon teams on best practices Define, monitor, and report on progress across multiple activities including performance metrics, continuous improvement initiatives, and key milestonesProcess Excellence & Change Management:
Establish governance structures and approval mechanisms to review proposed changes, assess risks/impacts, and make go/no-go decisions If you're passionate about driving operational excellence and innovation while scaling a rapidly growing business, we encourage you to apply. Develop and maintain comprehensive change management frameworks, including standardized processes, tools, and templates for planning, communicating, and reinforcing changes Act as single-threaded leader for intake, approval, implementation, and quantification of best practices within the GP network Facilitate three-year planning and annual planning for the GPO organization, including goal setting and monthly reportingBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience 2+ years of program or project management experience Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teamsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
