Oversee daily operations of the outpatient program Assign cases and ensure appropriate clinical coverage Provide direct supervision to therapists and administrative staff Monitor program performance and conduct monthly clinical audits Lead onboarding, training, and orientation for new therapists Respond to client concerns and ensure quality service delivery Participate in internal UBCSS committees and external community meetings Maintain a small caseload and provide direct outpatient therapy services

What We're Looking For:

Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field Fully licensed in Maryland (LCSW-C, LCPC, PhD, or PsyD required) Preferred minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or management experience Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills Valid driver's license required
