Guided by its 2026?2028 strategic plan, the Foundation prioritizes collaboration, innovation, and measurable outcomes to meet community needs and support nonprofit success. Position Summary The Program Officer, Cohorts & Collaborations leads grantmaking initiatives and collaborative projects that strengthen nonprofit organizations. This role involves managing grants, facilitating cohort-based learning, building community relationships, and representing the Foundation. The Officer works independently while collaborating across teams to achieve strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Lead Manage annual grantmaking programs, including special and discretionary grants Plan and facilitate cohort-based initiatives (e.g., Catalyst Grants), including agendas, logistics, and evaluation Build and maintain relationships with nonprofits and community partners Develop sector insights and briefing materials Organize webinars, info sessions, and community meetings Coordinate Youth in Philanthropy and expand its impact Track metrics and report on outcomes, trends, and community needs Respond to grant inquiries and represent the Foundation professionally Collaborate Partner with staff, Board, and committees to evaluate program impact Ensure effective use of grantmaking systems and accurate data management Support marketing and cross-team initiatives Engage in professional development and share learnings Support Assist with program team operations, grant/scholarship reviews, and special projects Represent the Foundation at events and external committees Qualifications 3 - 5 years of experience in nonprofit, grantmaking, or community-focused work Experience leading or facilitating small groups/cohorts Strong relationship-building, communication, and critical thinking skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems; adaptable to new technology High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality Comfortable working with diverse communities Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience preferred Knowledge of Cape Cod nonprofit landscape a plus Active Filters Program Officer, Cohorts & Colla...
