RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with initiation and close out of project activities including those with certified payroll, OCIP, sales tax compliance Processing all project invoices and subcontractor pay applications Tracking contract compliance and milestones Performs project accounting reconciliations, including sales/use tax Assists with owner payment collections and billings Assists in maintaining accounting processes and procedures manual Fosters a positive reputation in the industry by building relationships and identifies project opportunities aligned with strategic plans, and goals Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION

High School diploma or equivalent required

EXPERIENCE 0

• 5 years of accounting experience Prior experience in project accounting in AEC industry preferred Project billing experience preferred

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Microsoft Suite Basic computer skills Experience with accounting software applications a plus Knowledge of sales and use tax a plus

SALARY AND BENEFITS

The salary range for this position is $59,000

• 78,000 annually and is dependent in experience and title/rank of position offered.
