This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Are you a detail-driven problem solver who enjoys working with data, deadlines, and cross-functional teams? We're looking for a proactive Project Accountant to support Project Managers through all phases of project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Project Managers to plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation through completion Coordinate schedules, materials, and key project information to support workflow efficiency Maintain organized project documentation and track deliverables across multiple active projects Monitor deadlines and proactively communicate risks or delays Manage project-related financial processes including invoicing, billing, and AIA documentation Track and maintain billing schedules (e.g., 15th, 20th deadlines) across multiple projects Prepare reports and provide administrative support to ensure smooth project execution Pull and analyze reports to track job status, progress, change orders, and outstanding items What You Bring Bachelor's degree or experience working with construction/project documentation Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Why Join Us?
