We are currently seeking a skilled Project Administrator with expertise in CMiC software to support our project teams and ensure smooth project operations.
Job Description:
The Project Administrator will play a critical role in managing project documentation, maintaining schedules, and facilitating communication across teams. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with CMiC to manage project workflows effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Support:
Provide daily administrative support to project managers, including preparing documentation, tracking project progress, and maintaining records.
CMiC Management:
Enter, update, and manage all project data in CMiC, ensuring project information is consistently accurate.
Document Control:
Organize and maintain project documentation, such as contracts, change orders, and submittals, for easy accessibility and reference.
Communication Coordination:
Act as a point of contact between project teams, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring efficient and clear communication.
Scheduling Assistance:
Support project scheduling efforts, monitor timelines, and assist in meeting key project milestones and deadlines.
Cost Tracking:
Assist with tracking budgets, expenses, and project costs, and prepare regular financial reports for management.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Help ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and assist in managing project-related risks.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of project administration experience in the construction industry, specifically with hands-on CMiC experience.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word; familiarity with construction documentation and workflows.
Organizational Skills:
Strong multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail in data entry and documentation management.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work professionally with both internal teams and external partners.
Problem Solving:
Proactive with a solutions-oriented mindset and capable of addressing challenges as they arise.
