Construction Project Administrator Location:
Atlanta, GA We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Construction Project Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction project management and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with project planning and scheduling Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Track project expenses and prepare reports for management Prepare and submit project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and purchase orders Review and approve subcontractor and supplier invoices Maintain project records, including plans, specifications, and correspondence Assist with project closeout, including final inspections, punch lists, and warranty documentation Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining project files Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in construction management or related field preferred At least 2 years of experience in construction project administration or a related field Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Knowledge of construction contracts, change orders, and purchase orders Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.
