7 Days On / 7 Days Off (Rotational, 12-Hour Shifts)Role Overview:
Offshore Energy Services is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our Casing & Tubular Services team in Weatherford. This critical role serves as the central hub for our Oklahoma operations, coordinating the mobilization of crews and equipment to active rig sites.Key Responsibilities:
Operational Dispatching:
Deploy casing crews and equipment to rigs according to fluctuating customer schedules and demands.Data & Asset Management:
Serve as the primary user for NetSuite , responsible for entering sales orders, tracking asset movement, and managing field personnel hours with high accuracy.Logistics Oversight:
Monitor the end-to-end transit of equipment from the Weatherford facility to the job site.Crew Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact for field personnel, ensuring crews are fully briefed on job specs, safety requirements, and directions before departure. 24/7Communication:
Coordinate tool requirement and job delivery between operations and field salesman. Update operations and field employees on upcoming job status. Update operations and field salesman on working job progress. Proactively resolve logistical bottlenecks as they arise.Qualifications Experience:
Previous dispatching experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred . Specific experience in Casing, Tubular, or Oilfield Services is a significant advantage.Technical Proficiency:
Strong preference for candidates with NetSuite experience. High proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and general digital literacy is required.Availability:
Ability to work a 7-on/7-off rotation working 12-hour shifts, occasional nights, and weekends.Core Skills:
Exceptional multitasking abilities under pressure, strong command of oilfield terminology, and professional telephone/email etiquette.Location:
