Project Assistant

Project Assistant - Home Remodeling We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Project Assistant to support day-to-day operations on residential construction and home improvement projects. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced job site environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with scheduling, coordination, and tracking of project timelines Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients as needed Help manage materials, deliveries, and job site logistics Maintain project documentation, permits, and records Support on-site activities and ensure work areas stay organized and efficient Perform general administrative and field support tasks as required

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction or project coordination preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and solve problems on the go Basic knowledge of construction processes is a plus Valid driver's license Reliable transportation is a plus Comfortable working both in the field and with office/admin tasks
