Job Description:
Project Coordinator 7-month Contract On-site in Minnetonka, MN Must be able to work on a W2 Responsibilities Execute operational project plans and deliverables in support of new product development programs. Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and mitigation actions. Coordinate external vendors, track material deliveries, and hold suppliers accountable. Interface with R D, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Material Compliance teams. Maintain project plans using MS Project or Planview. Prepare status reports and lead working meetings. Clarify design intent when interfacing with vendors and partners.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred:
Medical device experience. Knowledge of
FDA QSR / ISO 13485.
Vendor management experience.
