Electrical Instrumentation Maintenance Project Coordinator Where will you work: Onsite at our New Wales facility (3095 Country Road 640 West | Mulberry, FL 33860).
How will you work:
You will be eligible to work a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off. Join our team as an Electrical Instrumentation Maintenance Project Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in bringing capital projects and turnaround activities to life. In this position, you'll help plan, coordinate, and execute projects from start to finish—scoping work, supporting bidding processes, overseeing contractors, and ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely. You'll partner closely with plant teams to manage timelines, costs, and priorities, while also contributing to safety through permit reviews, audits, and inspections. If you enjoy balancing hands-on execution with strategic coordination, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact. What you'll do? Provide support in implementing electrical instrumentation projects, working with the procurement department to select contractors, managing contracts, manage project funds and coordination of field activities supporting work execution. Provide assistance with managing significant reactive work. Identify and requisition materials or services, or supervising Mosaic Maintenance Mechanics or Technicians. Manage contractors performing supplemental and specialty maintenance work. Bid work as required by Purchasing, requisition services, manage contracts, manage expense funds and coordinate field activities supporting work execution.
