Contract Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to support Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) for a large-scale, cross-functional program. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates effectively across teams, and can translate complex information into concise, executive-ready materials. This role requires working onsite five days a week. Key Responsibilities Support ORT planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams. Partner cross-functionally with business and IT teams to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and deliverables. Develop clear, concise presentations for leadership updates and decision-making. Define and document entry and exit criteria for ORT phases and milestones. Track progress against milestones, deliverables, and readiness criteria. Consolidate inputs and provide structured reporting on status, risks, and dependencies. Utilize tools such as JIRA to manage testing activities and track progress.Required Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree.Experience:
6 - 10 years of experience performing diversified and confidential administrative duties. Proven ability to work cross-functionally across business and technical teams.Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in system implementations, PowerPoint for executive-ready presentations, Excel for tracking and data analysis, and JIRA for task and defect management. Compensation & Benefits The bill rate for this position is set at a maximum of $56.28 per hour. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
