Project Management Assistant

Project Management Assistant (part-time or full-time) Horizontal Boring & Tunneling Co. is seeking a part-time or full-time (25+ hours a week) Project Management Assistant in EXETER, Nebraska . This position will assist the project management and estimating departments, carrying out various administrative responsibilities to support projects, employees, and customers. Some of the job duties include lodging/travel management, tracking of bids, compiling of job folders, reconciling lodging invoices, reviewing contracts, and helping with other Project Management/Estimating responsibilities. The right person for this position must be self-driven, team-oriented, and resourceful with a positive attitude and a desire to learn.

Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Must be able to report to the main office in Exeter, Nebraska.
