project execution-from engineering and programming to installation and closeout-ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. \#havel #shambaugh #LI-DF #LI-onsite Essential Duties & Responsibilities + Develop and execute control system implementation plans tailored to client needs. + Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, programmers, and installers. + Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams. + Manage project documentation, RFIs, change orders, and field surveys. + Support technical troubleshooting and commissioning efforts. + Ensure compliance with budget and schedule targets. + Other duties as assigned Qualifications + Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience. + 5+ years of experience managing

HVAC , BAS

, BMS or control system installations. + Strong understanding of HVAC and hydronic systems. + Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). + Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed. + Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required. Geographic Disclosure Compensation:

$90,000 - $120,000 annual salary
