This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager at Pfeifer Building Company, located in Tyrone, GA. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Daily responsibilities include initial contact and sales, coordinating subs, ordering materials, overseeing inspections, maintaining communication with the office and with clients, and managing project schedules and resources effectively. Responsibilities & Requirements Project Management experience preferred, but we will also consider subcontractor tradesmen that want to move up into project management. Proficiency in understanding the construction process from pulling permits to getting a c/o Sales experience a plus and must have good communication skills Demonstrate skills in Logistics Management to streamline supply chain operations Must live within 45 minutes of our office Must have a valid drivers license Must be insurable (will have to run MVR through our liability insurance provider) Must have the ability to juggle many tasks at once with a calm demeanor Familiarity with contracts negotiation, construction estimating processes, and project scheduling techniques. Prior work on construction sites providing direct oversight of field activities is highly desirable.
