Project Manager

Description Our client in Irvine is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure successful project delivery from planning through execution. This individual will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication while driving projects forward in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in coordinating multiple workstreams simultaneously. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to collaborate across departments, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals + Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports + Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met + Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies + Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to leadership and key stakeholders + Monitor project scope and manage changes to ensure successful outcomes + Ensure quality standards, documentation, and project best practices are followed + Track progress against milestones and resolve roadblocks to keep projects on schedule

Requirements Qualifications:
