West Chester, PA Project Manager - Commercial Interiors An established commercial interiors company is looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate interior installation projects from kickoff through final completion. This role will oversee scheduling, vendor coordination, client communication, and installation management for a variety of workplace and commercial renovation projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in both office and field environments. Responsibilities Oversee project schedules for commercial interior-related installations, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met Coordinate activities between subcontractors, manufacturers, installers, and internal teams to maintain smooth project execution Manage delivery logistics, staging plans, and installation sequencing across multiple project sites Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates, scheduling adjustments, and outstanding action items Maintain accurate project documentation including purchase orders, vendor communications, installation records, and budget tracking Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within commercial construction, interiors, or a related industry Proven ability to manage several active projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams Experience reading and interpreting floor plans, layouts, and installation documentation Preferred Background Experience working with commercial manufacturers and installation vendors Exposure to flooring, signage, architectural glass, or other ancillary trades Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central or similar systems Comfortable traveling to customer and project locations as needed
