You will serve as the single point of accountability for every project, owning the entire lifecycle from the moment a contract is signed through the final walk-through and warranty. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will act as the primary bridge between clients, crews, and ownership to ensure every build is delivered on time and on budget. You will have the authority to drive operational excellence in a company that is deeply rooted in the Delaware County community. How You Will Make anImpact:
Direct the full project lifecycle by leading pre-construction walk-throughs, milestone inspections, and final sign-offs with clients. Mastermind production schedules for all active jobs, ensuring trades are sequenced correctly to prevent costly downtime or material delays. Coordinate internal crews and subcontractors by matching specific skill sets to project scopes and managing day-to-day productivity and conduct. Analyze project budgets in real-time, tracking labor hours and material spend to ensure every job meets financial performance targets. Resolve logistical obstacles, such as material shortages or subcontractor no-shows, by pivoting schedules and communicating solutions immediately. Execute rigorous quality control by inspecting work at critical phases—framing, rough-in, and finish—to catch issues before the client does. Negotiate and document change orders for any requests outside the original scope to ensure fair compensation and accurate invoicing.Required Qualifications & Experience:
Strong working knowledge of residential construction trades including framing, electrical, plumbing, and finish carpentry. Proven ability to read and interpret complex plans, drawings, and detailed contract scopes. Demonstrated experience in high-stakes problem-solving and conducting difficult conversations with clients and vendors. Proficiency in digital project management tools (Jobber is what we use) for scheduling and job tracking. Ability to navigate active job sites, including climbing ladders and accessing confined spaces like attics or crawl spaces.Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Hands-on field experience as a Lead Carpenter, Foreman, or Superintendent on residential remodels. Existing relationships with reliable subcontractors and suppliers within the Delaware County and Main Line markets. Working knowledge of local permitting processes within Media Borough and surrounding townships. Experience managing project-level budgets and reporting on financial variances to ownership.Compensation & Benefits:
