Job Description

Project Manager / Senior Project Manager Opportunity - DFW An established, consistently ENR-ranked, employee-owned General Contractor is actively seeking a Project Manager to Senior Project Manager to join their growing DFW team. This organization has built a strong reputation across Texas for delivering large-scale ground-up commercial and industrial projects while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented culture and exceptionally high employee retention. This opportunity is due to continued growth and expansion within the market. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, RFIs, and change orders
  • Maintain strong client and design team relationships
  • Coordinate with field operations to ensure successful project delivery
  • Lead project meetings and maintain communication across all stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience with a commercial General Contractor
  • Experience managing ground-up commercial or industrial projects preferred
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple project responsibilities
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with projects $20M+ is highly preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
    Project Manager:
    $110k-130k+ DOE
      Senior Project Manager:
      $130K-$160K+ DOE
